The goal of petal three is to discover what you love to do.  Yes, there are a lot of skills that you have, but of those skills, what do you love to do the most?  Make them verbs.  Classifying.  Analyzing.  Writing.  Negotiating.  These are your transferable skills.  Don't be too humble, but don't fudge anything either.  Boast about what you know, and claim the highest level of it possible.

The goal of the fourth petal is to understand what morally drives you.  What purpose drives you?  Do you want to help the human spirit and offer compassion and support to others?  That is nailing down what drives you.  'Helping others' would be too vague.  By figuring out what drives you, you can find places of employment that fit this model, and furthermore, are a good fit for you!

The fifth petal should outline everything you know.  Everything.  Know how to cook?  Good.  Know fluent French?  Great.  Understand conversational Mandarin?  Awesome.  Enjoy video games?  Fantastic.  Everything you have an interest in could lead to a skill set or a job opportunity somewhere you are passionate about?  Where did you pick up or learn each of these interests?  How could these become conversation pieces or an asset to you?  Have you picked up any transferable skills from your interests?
