This week on Hubspot, we learned about the pillars of delight. Delight is all about focusing on building trust with your consumer and building out that customer experience. A happy customer will be converted into a promoter for your brand. While many may think that a happy customer is something that happens after a transaction or sale, it is really the interactions that happen between you and the customer in everything that leads up to the sale. Educate the consumer about your product or service and communicate clearly with them. Resolve their issues, or any qualms, quickly. Make your customer feel special, and you win a promoter!
