Week 11 - MKTG 348 - Back to Basics pt.III (SEO - Blog #19)

It's a bird! It's a plane!  It's a catchy headline!  Your headline should be under or around 55 characters.  The more characters you have in the email, the better chance you have of describing something, but it will also appear cleaner in a search result.  A headline that is too long will get cut off, and if it is long, the beginning of it probably isn't grabbing the reader. Keep your headline clear, concise, and intriguing.

Do you have the option for comments on your website?  Turn it on and encourage the conversation!  Encourage friendly conversation.  An active website is a more reliable website!  Don't forget to reply to comments either to show that you are active on your website as well and that you notice what people are saying.

Finally, be stay active on your social media accounts.  The right platform depends on you.  I personally suggest staying active on as many platforms as you can without sacrificing the quality of your content.  These are also links that may show up if someone searches your site and also helps your site seem trustworthy.
